Very interesting place for kids and adults as well. The plenty of different animals and fish all around. I've been there in October and I was told that they were going to reconstruct the building and a half of the exhibits are in neighborhood aquariums. But nevertheless their collection of marine inhabitants impresses. Most of all I loved the small... More

Highly recommended if you like fish! This is an amazing place with so many aquariums and every fish you can think of. You just wander from one room into another and another. All the written information is in German, but as the fish are all there in front of you it wasn't a big problem. Outside is the lovely Nord... More

Beautiful is how I describe this. It was simply stunning.i recommend this to all especially families with little kids. Dusseldorf doesn't have many attractions for kids so this must be one of the very few.visit this if you can as it is stunning. The staff were great and it wasn't too pricey. Outside the aqua zoo there are gardens where... More

In the north of the city, located in the "Nordpark" north park, you will find this wonderfull aquarium with all the animals living around and in the water. In addition you will get many information about all the existing animals. In the Loebbecke museum you will find the historry of the earth.

Nord park is one of the most beautiful parks of Dusseldorf. Its a great place for walks and family picnic on weekend. Aquazoo is located not far from train station and it only takes 10 mins to get there from the city center. Aquazoo had A LOT of interesting things as for small kids, as for adults. Many kinds of... The museum exhibits are all in German but we paid an extra 2 euros for the English audio tour head set, was a nice place to spend a few hours, lots of interesting animals and exhibits to see. Great for families and couples and not too expensive. The lady behind the counter was incredibly rude to my partner but it... More

A cheap visit for those on a budget who want to be educated. Yes, its an aquarium, but it has other small animals of interest. There is an audio tour in English which adds to the visit. We didnt visit the restaurant or the nearby Nordpark. One note, dont take the hop on/hop off tour bus, takes too long, take... More

During our visit in Düsseldorf we bought a welcome card at the tourist information center. We had free access for aquazoo. Fee is about 7 euros so we thought that it would be a small zoo. But it wasn't, we walked around for about 2-3 hours. It was very interesting. Saw fishes and animals which I've never seen before. Information... More
