Enjoyed seeing some of Tony Cragg's sculpture, the standard exhibition of paintings and the special Manet exhibition. It's a lovely building too and has a cafe.

This Museum is really worth to visit. You can find wonderful art work from very famous artists. The special exhibitions are great, but as well the normal fund is very good to visit.

We went with local friends to the Tony Cragg exhibition. All very interesting from an Englishman we were not previously aware of ! Great sculpture pieces.

The museum has a nice collection of paintings, impressive for a regional museum. The ticket price however is high and you have to leave your bag in the reception.

You will have a difficult time. I was surprised that this museum that often received awards for their exhibits, has clearly decided to not to translate anything for their guests. So bring a German-English dictionary if you want to know titles or anything else. No...More
