There is nothing better to complement a decent Mountain Bike Tour near Kaiserslautern, than to take a dip in the Gelterswoog pond to quench the weary calves. Late May in 2017, celsius skyrocketing beyond 30 degrees, and the lake invites a mere 6 km away...More

The water is nice to swim in and not too cold. They have free paddle boards and boats for 2€ per 1/2hour per person (kids are free).
