Great beach for walking, dog allowed on the beach at this time of year. Fairy busy for October so probably really full in the summer months.

Wonderful clean beach with soft golden sand on the Atlantic coast. Amazing place. Nice little beach bars too.

Endless white sand... great to swim and stroll along... areas of guarded swimming other areas for surfers and other water sports... more people on the northern section go south to be more isolated... clothing appears optional the further south you go.... intricate lava rock formation...More

Twelve of us went for a meal to Barosa to the Amore restaurant/ bar, the meal was excellent from steak to rack of lamb to pasta and a great selection of starters and desserts, excellent wine list and great selection of cocktails , reasonably priced.

Perfect blend of fine sand, sunshine and warm sea. At several kM long there's enough room for everyone. Lifeguard patrolled. Car park only 1€ but loungers 6€ so take your own if possible
