We visited this place on a sunny morning. You have to pay only 1 euro for entry. a great place for walks among many species of trees and shrubs. You can also see birds of prey there (owls and eagles).

A lovely place of plants (as oppose to flowers) with a wonderful Japanese garden as well as some birds in large enclosures. It’s just an oasis for calm and orderly walk.

The botanical garden is well groomed, but it is not large enough, but it is worth spending a few hours in the midst of plants and thematic systems that have water and plants in the center. Also, many species of owls and other animals can...More

As some other reviewers stated, the gardens themselves are absolutely lovely. The landscaping is beautiful with many different species of plants and trees and gorgeous water features. It really makes you wonder why such nice botanic gardens need to have caged animals at all. This...More

My recollection is that there's a notice at the entrance and that dogs are not allowed. It is sensible to follow the advice of other visitors and telephone. The staff on Reception do speak English.
