Extraordinary place! This was near our hotel & we saw a plain alleyway with a few candles so wandered in. Boy - what a surprise! It's a feast (or overkill!) for the senses! The designer has put everything in here, and it's a bit OTT...More

I was blown away by my visit to Granada. We went for Alahambra, but discovered that Granada has much to offer. The basilica is simply beautiful and has a storied history. Well worth the visit.

Don't be put off by it's quite plain exterior, inside is the most draw droppingly beautiful church. It's got to be seen. We went on a Tuesday morning around 10.30 and there was a very well attended mass on. It was fantastic to witness this.

The Basilica de Nuestra Señora de las Angustias is one of the churches most popular with the local populace and many people go there because they are devoted to the Virgin Mary. This church is very close to the Vincci Hotel, where we usually stay.

The whole interior is wonderful. There is little I can say as it would not do justice to the Basilica. One had to experience it for ones self.

This cathedral was really beautiful. Judging from the other reviews, I missed some significant sites without realizing it. I should have done TA before I went. I was particularly impressed with the organs which seemed incredible as I recall. Unfortunately, I lost track of time...More

Hi Greg, The cathedral was free and worth seeing. Have a great time. Granada is a really lovely place to just wander and get lost before you sit down and drink some more wine and watch the world go by.
