Great views and easy climb

It's a ramp with lots of places to rest. If you are in average shape you can do it no problem. Views from the top are great. Well worth doing if you go to the cathedral.

You enter tower from inside Cathedral but you must buy combined ticket €9. I counted 340 paces to the top, there are windows where you can step in & admire view & catch your breath. Views from top stunning, bring a bottle of water. It was busy in February so I'd say it's manic high season.

Savour beautiful views of Sevilla from the top of La Giralda. The climb to the top is gradual as it has a ramp and not stairs. There is ample space for movement. It has big old bells at the top.

Amazing views. Not good if you don't like walking A slow walk all the way to the top I think there are 28 floors the slopes are not very steep but takes a good ten minutes to get to the top. Great for photos of the city. Highly recommended. Steve UK

It's a steady gradient ramp of 34 flights to the top where there are a dozen steps. It's worth it for the 360 view and sight of the cathedral roof. If you can, time it for the hourly bell - there's only one or so and not deafening, just atmospheric. On the way up, to catch your breath, there are... More

We climbed the 36 stories via a ramp to the top of the tower. Easy walk up with plenty of stopping places. Fabulous views from the top. Go early morning g to avoid queues if you want to combine with a visit to the csthedral

Go from 2pm as the tours had left and were on their way to lunch. What a climb but worth it. On some of the slopes they have converted spaces into mini museums which give you a rest, also various windows have recessed areas to stop. parents used their push chairs.

This was a highlight of our time in Seville - it was great fun climbing up the 36 ramps (made for horses to run up the tower) to the top. Along the way, they have cleverly and strategically placed artifacts to see....this means that the interested (or the weary) can stop and see elements of the original tower and also... More

Climbing 330 feet up isn't as bad as it sounds as the ramps (originally used by horsemen to get to the top for the five-time daily call to prayer for Muslims) make the climb gradual. The 360 degree view is worth every step. Be careful to cover your ears when the numerous bells toll. Deafening!
