Great view

Great view over Sevilla and you can see the Clockwerk as well as the clocks... I really loved the atmosphere there. I can recommend that.

If you are feeling fit and like a bit of an uphill walk then try the 37 level ascent for a great view of Seville. It's by no means a must do but we found the ascent tolerable (it's a slope not stairs) and the view nice enough. We didn't have to put up with heat in November but I... More

This tower is a landmark of Seville, accessible from the Cathedral. It is not too difficult to climb to the top because there is a ramp that goes all the way up with several landings to rest. During the Moorish days of Seville, horses would use this ramp to bring the muezzin to the top to call the faithful to... More

Part of cathedral visit for € 9. Decent climb, no stairs but slide. Great 360° view. The must-see in Sevilla.

The climb up to the bell tower is worth doing. It is an easy incline, not steps, and ever dozen yards or so thee is a window that gives you a great view of various parts of the city. Go all the way, it will take your breath away.

The Giralda is the bell tower of the great Seville Cathedral. What's important to know is that it was originally the minaret of the great Mosque of Seville before it became part of the cathedral and a belfry added when the Christians took Seville in the 13th century. No tour of Seville Cathedral would be complete without walking up to... More

You access the tower from inside the cathedral, so you have to endure the pathetically slow ticketing there. Tip: don't go in the morning or you will queue for an hour; go at 2pm or later. It's slopes not steps to the top and the views are superb.

The climb was a thorough exercise button The stunning view from the Giralda tower is worth it. The sign says wheelchair access to the 30th ramp, but I seriously doubt this : too steep.

I don't know why this is listed separately on TripAdvisor because it's an integral part of the cathedral visit. It's certainly well worth doing for the history and the spectacular views.

Combined this with the cathedral and walked up the sloping path stopping to admire both the views of the city and the mini museum inside the building. A fantastic construction and well worth the walk to the bell tower to look over Seville
