I highly recommend the cooking class with Solfee, she tailored the class to our interest in fresh local ingredients. She kept the class flowing and us busy in the kitchen. It was an intimate country side experience.

I plan to visit southern Spain and Portugal for 2 weeks. The highlight of the trip would be to see the Iberian pigs in their special finishing habitat. I'm more of a pig farmer than a foodie but if that's the only way to see them I'd love some contact info and thoughts on the best time of year to go. Thank you.
