We were staying parallel to Plaza del Pilar, and so crossed Calle Alfonso I many times, as well as walking up this street from the Plaza - one thing that was noticeable was that all the shops, cafés and other establishments seemed to be open...More

This is a more modern hotel with all the amenities. In off season it was a good deal and is in easy walking distance to some of the sights you will definitely want to visit.

Just a main road to help guide your way around Zaragoza. I personally didn't see anything outstanding. Its a main road through the town & handy to find your way to places, but thats about it. I'm surprised it actually makes TA as an attraction!

A real mix of usual franchise shops, (Ale-Hop etc), and traditional independent shops. lead to main plaza which is well worth a look around.

Wide pedestrian precinct with great shops. When we were there, a drum band was entertaining the Sunday strollers. It was amazing and great fun. This street leads to the Basilica square and also to the best tapas bars of El Tubo.

Though touristy, this high street is the pinnacle of retail and shopping in the city. All streets and alleys leading off to either side contain much of the dining to be had in town.
