Enjoyed our visit, some really interesting art ( some very uninteresting). They have a lot of local artists plus 1 of each of Miro Picasso & Dali. Amazed it was free, would have been happy to pay.

This museum is adjacent to the Cathedral in an historic palace of Spanish mostly Asturian artists in painting & sculpture some which appeared so real you could touch the straws in some painting or try to wake up the bust for it to talk. They...More

Even on a Sunday in August it wasn't overly crowded and you had time to tour around a fabulous building and see some marvellous works of art by famous artists. It is free to enter and located very near the cathedral and other central attractions....More

You could easily spend an hour or two here in the pleasant surroundings. The collection is very interesting and even better as it is free to enter.
