This has a central location and so gets footfall. There's no real reason why this should get a separate mention as a place to see. You'll walk through it and barely realise it's a thing to 'see'.

We went around this plaza four times in our hire car as we couldn't find the required side street. Bilbao is a very difficult place to drive with the largest number of pedestrian crossings and traffic lights that we have ever encountered.
It is just there. You will just stumble on it while going around Bilbao. There are much more interesting things to see in the city. If you do not run across it, don't worry about it.
Pretty plaza with a fountain and flowers. It is on the Main Street of Bilbao. There is not anything else especially note worthy on the plaza.

We spent half a day in Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim museum. Before the opening of the museum in the morning, we walked around the city and passed through this square. It is large and in a good location.
