Museum, aquarium ? well actually both and a nice introduction to the maritime history of San sebastian. The aquarium has some great feature and huge tanks , so the place it not only interesting when it is raining outside. Bring the kids !
Although its an aquarium, most of the displays were Naval History. They are interesting but not what you expect of an aquarium. One floor did have displays of sea life with a section of underwater tunnel that was quite interesting. Worth a visit.
