Lovely Church

This is a lovely little church located in the Old Town. It's a nice stop for some quiet and respite, and to take in the church interior.

Built in 1897 it is an amazing old church with many alters where they allow you to wander around and view. There was even one person doing confession when we were there and another bible study going on the back room. The church is well worth seeing.

The major cathedral in San Sebastian, one we couldn't manage to get into but made for some great views and pics from the outside.

Very different to most cathedrals in the Iberian peninsula. You don't truly appreciate it until you walk by at night. Whoever organized the lighting did a great job, and the area is relatively empty because everyone is out eating (though it's no more than a ten minute walk from the historic center).

Been to loads of cathedrals , this does not disappoint from the outside, but is simple and non descriptive on the inside, not a great deal to see. Free to enter , so take a look if you are in the area.

Nice gothic revival building. The interior is fairly restrained, yet presents a 19th century venue to interact with your spirituality.

We walked to the Centro district of San Sebastian, and found it dominated by this huge, beautiful, single tower cathedral. We walked through it and around it. Amazing!

Really stands out from so many different angles as the spire is huge and very detailed, probably less impressivee inside but still interesting even with the workmen inside

The main tower is really huge. Inside, the cathedral has nice statues and the altar is very beautiful.

This gothic church is an impressive structure, tall and thin from the outside, almost suspended in air, and on the inside the stark simplicity and elegance of gothic pillars elevating the soul to the mysteries within and beyond. Grateful that entry to this church is gratis - that too opens the soul the generosity of spirit felt within.
