Excellent day out with good food and reasonably priced drinks. Parking at Alcudia port was €15 for 6 hours but there is free parking a couple of streets back.
The boat trip included three stops for swimming and watersports and a good bbq which included pasta, minute steak, chichen, sausages and a roll. A free drink is included with lunch. All in all it was a good day.
The stops are in secluded bays, one of which we were the only boat.

My friends and I had the pleasure of taking a half day boat trip with El Gordito in the beginning of September this year. We booked trip as a surprise gift for our friend, and it really was the highlight of our Mallorca visit. Everything was perfect! From the first contact with Cata to disembarking the boat, the experience was unique and something we will remember for the rest of our lives. The 100-year-old sailboat, El Gordito, is truly beautiful and has been restored by Cata in fantastic way. Cata took us to this amazing bay with beautiful water and wonderful scenery. We snorkeled, swam and hung out. Cata, our wonderful captain, is an extremely friendly and responsive person, an amazing hostess and extremely keen that we had the best experience. Cata prepared homemade and delicious Mallorquin tapas, offered us cold beverages and pointed out sights and shared stories during the boat trip.
We would highly recommend this experience to anyone; we truly did not want the day to end! We will be back!

CATA.....you and your boat are amazing! We spent 3.5 hours enjoying Cata and El Gordito. I only wish we could have had a full day. We did our trip as an excursion from an NCL cruise and it was easy and probably better than any excursion around. We anchored in a cove and swam, snorkeled, paddle boarded and enjoyed some yummy appetizers with wine and cava. We spotted an octopus using the snorkel gear that was provided on the boat.
This boat is a beauty and everyone that passed us was in awe of it's splendor. Cata, thank you for a beautiful day on the water. I hope to be back and will spend a much longer time with you on the water!!!!

We booked Cata’s boat for our last day in Palma . Cata was very welcoming and was keen that we had the best experience. The boat trip took us along the coast and we moored at Illeas for lunch. Lunch was prepared by Cata and was perfect. This was one of the best days in Palma and we would highly recommend booking Cata for a memorable trip !

We decided to go with Cata and her historic boat "El Gordito", 100years old and beautifully restored.
The skipper is a very nice lady who owns two boats. She made a tasty Tapas lunch for us and we enjoyed bathing and snorkeling in two spots.

We decided to book with Cata for our private family boat trip last wek. Cata was an outstanding host to our family. Rarely have we witnessed an experienced captain, gracious hostess, and excellent cook all in one! We enjoyed a nice ride to a nearby bay, while Cata shared interesting information about the area. We snorkeled, used the SUP, swam, and then enjoyed beautiful tapas before heading back to the marina. We even tried to book her again, but we were too late! We are a family of four, with 2 teenage girls. Enjoy!

This was one of the best days I ever had! And even better for my partner. I asked Cata upfront to have a trip with El Gordito, her beautifully restored wooden sailing boot to propose to my girlfriend, now fiancé ;) she was really spontaneous, we had a little windy but hot and sunny day and the private trip with just the two of us and her as captain was absolutely perfect. Cata is such a friendly person and experienced sailor who prepared tapas for us and surprised us with a bottle of champagne after the proposal. I can highly recommend the trip to everyone but especially for a romantic trip out for couples

El Gordito was ideal for sailing around the bay with our family of 5 and Cata was the perfect hostess. She made sure all of our expectations were met and provided a great experience. As a native of Mallorca, she was very knowledgeable and shared her favorite local cuisine on our sail as well as her favorite places on the island. Thank you Cata for the spanish lessons, the sailing lessons and your recommendations! It was a wonderful day!!!

My group was visiting Spain from the U.S and our day on “El Gordito” with Cata was truly the highlight of our trip. I can’t recommend it enough. Cata was so friendly, responsive and a great captain. She took us to multiple coves with beautiful views and great swimming. She allowed us to use her stand-up paddle boards to paddle to shore at a few places and check out the beaches. Lunch was prepared by Cata and delicious. We had all the beer, wine, and cava we wanted. We didn’t want the day to end! I highly recommend you book this excursion!

Great half-day trip:
Cata is v welcoming. She prepares all food herself and is her own skipper. Growing up in Palma she knows her city and surroundings. Also did she love teaching a thing or two about sailing. All we wished for.
