A beautiful little church in Betancuria, the first capital of the island. Beautiful ceilings and interesting altars. Magnificent sacristy! Betancuria itself is rather touristy with lots of small(ish) eateries and restaurants.

Beautiful church with some interesting artefacts only let down by the lack of explanation in any other languages. Would have liked to know more and as photography was not allowed in some areas we didn't like to have phones out to google translate.

We were so long having an excellent lunch that this was closed when we arrived at 4:00pm on a Tuesday. Suggest you come here first and then lunch!

Lovely old church in the original capital of the island, small but nice. However it was guarded by a rather fierce local lady who to put it kindly was not very welcoming

We were very fortunate to see this beautiful cathedral as its only accessible by car and as you have to drive up several mountains and well worth the visit and had lunch in their restaurant which was very reasonable.

lovely little church in a fabulous location, entry is by 1.5 euro donation, and its worth that to keep this place as it is.
