This area, know as "the Boiling Pots" has some very spectacular water features, but there have been accidents, even deaths, as some people have got too close to the edge. You can see the way the sea has carved out great hollows into the rocks and hear the incredible noise, as the water surges in. It is almost always very... More

This place hasn't changed, apart from making a larger car park, but it's still a fabulous spot to visit. Especially more so when it is a windy blustery day when the waves crash into the caves and spout with great force out of a blow hole! hence the translation of the name being "boiling waters" Excllent fun, especially when people... A fantastic opportunity to see spectacular coastal and volcanic features. The walkways give good opportunities to see the caves and breaking waves from all sides. Can get busy - probably best early or late in the day (great sunset potential too) if you can travel independently as it is a popular stop with coast tours.

Short walk and wonderful views. Nice place for pictures! Plenty of parking. Can get busy even in the off peak season.

This is dramatic to see. Only a short walk but quite a few steps and not much passing room so a little waiting required. It took less time to walk around than I thought so perhaps better to add it to a driving tour.

Along the coastline - great to stop if you are going to or coming from El Golfo or the salt lakes. Landscape is outstanding, part rock and residue from volcanic eruptions and the waves coming in make themselves heard. Short walk and great view points. Ample free parking area is available.

It's always great to be by the sea and it can be very dramatic here especially at high tide Great fun with spectacular views of that amazing volcanic landscape as it touches the Atlantic Very much recommended

This place was more crowded than I thought it would be but it was still enjoyable. It's a small walk along the coastline where the waves crash against the rocks.
