Outdated aquapark charging you for everything
May 2021 • Family
Visited this place on may 12th,2021. We paid for adult and 2 children 71 euro and for the entrance fee you do not get even the locker. Locker
costs additionaly 5 eur/pcs. Sunbeds also cost additionaly. What a shame, its good that they don't charge for the sun.
Generaly aquapark is obviuosly outdated, some of walkways are weared and with rough surface, stairs rusty and not repainted for years. Blease be aware that all surfaces are hot and you need to wear slippers.
I can praise it separately lifeguard staff. They are very friendly and willing to assist.

Generaly speaking not recomended place to visit. Maybe Siam park is better, but we cant compare because it was closed.

Almost alone in the water park
Apr 2021
The water park was almost completely empty last week, just great with no lining up. The staff was very friendly and caring. We enjoyed the slides very much, some of them are pretty tough. The water was nice and warm although it was windy. There are slides for older kids and younger kids and a play pool for very little ones.

Pleasantly surprised - great day out!
Mar 2021 • Friends
We normally visit Siam Park while on holiday in Tenerife but as it is currently closed we decided to try Aqualand instead. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great day out! The park was very quiet which is to be expected at the moment although it did get slightly busier in the afternoon. Because of this we didn't have to queue for anything which was great! There's a decent number of slides so plenty to do, we particularly enjoyed the tsunami and the cyclone. If you have children too small for most slides at Siam Park I would definitely recommend Aqualand as there are loads of attractions for younger children.
A couple of things to note before visiting:
The floor is quite rough so I would recommend wearing water shoes if you have them.
Also, we took our own food which I would recommend as it seems the food prices are quite expensive.

Pay €2 / sunbed or sit on the ground
Dec 2020
Visited here 18th December 2020. Paid online for a family ticket of 4, cost €86. We hired a car and were able to park nearby.

We enjoyed the slides very much, a good variety for young to adults.

There were some things off under repair, which we can understand in an off season but were disappointed the wave pool wasn't working.

We were also shocked when we were approached by a staff member while sitting on some sunbeds who asked us for €2/sundbed!!! "What?" We asked, "we've paid €86 just to get in here + the costs of our transport and you want €2 / sunbed?" A downright cheek! We refused, and were promptly turfed off them to sit either on the ground or on a wall as there's no alternative seating.

Our spirits were lifted however with the Dolphin show which was spectacular!

If it wasn't for the unpleasant experience of being made to sit on the ground it would've been a much more enjoyable day out.

Good day out - Floor needs a resurface.
Dec 2020 • Couples
We had a great time at this waterpark, the slides are really good and we all enjoyed them.

Yes, the food and drink is expensive. Just like every other theme park in the world. Take your own.

The dolphin show wasn't on but I didn't really care for that anyway. My only gripe is the floor, it really needs the whole park resurfacing as it does test your mettle a bit after walking barefoot on it all day.

All in all, good day out, not deserving of the one star reviews some people are putting on here.

Extremely disappointing
Dec 2020 • Family
We visited as part of our family holiday this Christmas
We were exited to go and drove over an hour to get there but looking forward to it. How disappointed we were.

Firstly there was a €5 euro charge per locker. All of which were very small and would only fit a few items in.

There was a €2 charge per sunbed also.

The floor was filthy with stones, broken tile pieces and hard berries from the trees everywhere. It was difficult to walk through and we saw several people with cut feet.

The place looked like a building site and clearly is not looked after. There were cobwebs on all the chairs and it was filthy. Even the water was green and full of rubbish on some rides.

We didn't eat there but we asked someone else who said the food was nice. The prices are ridiculous however, over €15 for a chicken burger chips and drink.

The water was not heated as advertised and the dolphin bit was all shut and the show cancelled.

This was a complete waste of over £70 for these tickets. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very disappointed
Dec 2020 • Family
We came for the day, me my husband a my 6 year old daughter. Not one time did anyone from the cafe areas come and wipe any of the tables,
And during a pandemic surly this should be compulsory.
We sat at the cafe as you do have to pay for everything including the sun beds. There is no alternative area to sit other than the cafe. My husband bought a Mahou beer which was €7.
The flooring around the place is very tired and unkept. The place is closed Monday to Wednesday at the moment. They should make wise of that time and sweep the floors of salt, and broken flooring.
The steps going up to some slides are extremely rusty. They do not look like they have been maintained in a long time.
Very dissatisfied. Siam park is definitely much better and looked after.

Fun 2 days at the waterpark
Oct 2020 • Family
A great day out with my teenage sons. Visited during October Half Term for the UK during the pandemic and the park was very quiet. No queues for any slides. The only time we really saw other families was when the wave pool started up, on the hour from 12 noon. Paths were a little rough so we wore scuba shoes throughout and on the slides. All the water was warmer than our accomodation pool, but the wave pool was even warmer. They had the spa area closed off for maintenance. Loved the lazy lava river.

We brought our own food into the park but I saw pizza at €13 and a hot dog and chips meal for €8. They sold beer, slushies, ice creams too, but only one food outlet open. Lots of seats in the shade.

We used the sunbeds and were never asked to pay for these. Lockers are €7, you get a coin from the shop at the gate. You get €2 back when you hand the coin in.

They have changing rooms, showers and toilets at the lockers. Most slides are for over 140cm. There is a childrens splashpark and adventure area with smaller versions of the slides.

Taxi rank opposite the park entrance, so easy to get to and from the park. Adequate signage regarding covid and disinfection of the boats and mats and alcohol gel available. We enjoyed the dolphin show. We had a 2 day ticket and on the 2nd day there was a different dolphin show, which was a bonus. Lots of seating in the arena is in the shade, a welcome relief.

In all we had a great day. Siam Park was closed so we cannot compare it to there, but would come back here again.

A fun day out
Oct 2020 • Couples
My boyfriend and I went here for a day and had a great time. Forget about the negative reviews, and have a good time. The slides were quiet because of covid so the we waited no longer than a few minutes for the slide. They were great fun. You have to pay €2 for a sun bed but it is definitely worth it. A locker is €7 but we just kept our things in a bag beside our sun beds and everything was safe. We didn't eat here because we had read reviews of it being expensive. We brought food in with us and that was fine. The only downside is that the ground can be quite rough on your bare feet but this would be the only negative.

A nice family day out
Oct 2020 • Family
We went to the park today 24/10/20 after much deliberation as we had read the very varied reviews. Admittedly the park could do with a little TLC ( some paint here & there) however the rides were good & there were no ques. We took a packed lunch and watched the dolphin show (which was great!). Had fun in the wave pool... All in all a good family day out!
