So my friend and I booked the jet ski's and it was awesome ! IThe guys running the place were really friendly and helpful, they go through the safety regulations and also go through how to ride a jet ski fir the first time that really helped me haha, the jet ski went up to 40m/h it was fast as hell but fun as hell for first timers it takes a couple of minutes fir you to get used to the controls of a jet ski also don't grip the handle so tight your hands cramp up hahahah we all great experience and would 100% come back and do it again 👍👍

My family and I booked the fast and furious 2 hour safari jet ski ride. We booked 3 doubles. However, we were more than half an hour late setting off. Just as we set off my daughters machine broke down and they had to get on another one. It transpired that we had to do 2 one hour safaris due to the way another party had booked which completely spoiled it for everyone who wanted the adventure up the Tenerife coast. This was not the fault of the customers but the company should not mix 1 hour and 2 hour safaris at the same time. On the 2nd of our 1 hour safaris( which actually was just a large circle outside the port) a couple can off the jet ski. After rescuing one person, they then went to retrieve the drifting jet ski leaving the other person drifting for nearly 10 minutes. The jet ski had broken down. Shortly afterwards the support boat also broke down for a period. Whilst waiting to go out the second time I heard a couple of guys on the dock side say that they didn't want to be treated that way and wanted a refund. I completely understand their point of view. I don't like to give bad reviews but the company tried to palm me off from one person to another rather than listen to my complaints. It took me about 30 minutes to get any sort of resolution. I will NOT be using Fast & Furious again

Booked in advance for me and my son was picked up late from the start. When we got there there was people already on the jet skis all arguing about how long they had has they had payed for 2 hours. That's what we paid for it all looked a bit unsafe from the start the skis are in the corner of the marina next to large wall and a very large chain that one girl nearly ripped her back off on. The skis looked in poor condition with all the fronts cracked form people hitting the wall.at this point I decided after listening to all arguments I wanted my money back. I would say very unsafe set up if you have read this look elsewhere

First the bad (as there's more of this): Transport - the minibus was barely roadworthy and neither was the driver. He seemed to forget he had passengers, both there and back, and it was oversubscribed so we had to wait 20 minutes while he stared at his phone seemingly willing a taxi out of thin air before the family who couldn't fit sorted it themselves. The driver used his phone, checked maps, paperwork and drank while driving dangerously fast. Arrival - I have never been ignored so much on an excursion. We got there and no one said hello. We were left to wander about trying to guess what was going on before someone from the marina shouted that we had to wait for the jet skis to come back in. What was the point of booking a time?? When it was our time, there was a very basic brief about how to start and stop but no water safety or what to do if you fall off, etc. Safari - THis should not be advertised as a safari. We rode out for about 20 minutes, then spent 10 minutes riding in circles round the escort boat, then rode back. As a jet ski experience it was great as the waves were a bit rough to give some thrills but there was no training to make the most of it and you had to stay behind the boat so cou;dn't make the most of it. Jet skis - Jet skis sell themselves and I would recommend anyone has a go, it really is worth the money - I would not use these guys though, it will sour the experience. Photos - I understand its a business, but digital photos and a CD are not worth £20. A range of prices for a single emailed photo or 2 or perhaps a digital link at £5 or even £10 may have been palatable, but £20 after a shoddy exepericne with these guys was not. Overall - they are onto a money spinner so this won't make a difference and I am sure is what influences their customer service but I was appalled at their lack of friendliness and support to the people handing over money for a positive holiday exeperience. They could do very little to make it so much better!
