This place could be great if someone paid attention to details. The pool was dirty and cold. Not welcoming me in by any means. The chairs were old -mine was broken and the mats were all damaged. If your charging to use pools, the pools...More

Went here twice. About 7 different pools. Very clean. We only used the salt water pool. Plenty of sun beds and cushions to use with them. Although there was a lot of people there, the place is so big you are not on top of...More

Our hotel was not far from here so we thought we would give it a go. Paid a reasonable entrance fee and found the place to be great fun. Nice variety of pools to cool off in the hot sunshine. We spent hours exploring and...More

A huge area, and something for everyone, really. Yes, it’s a giant complex of saltwater pools (for adults and kids alike) and waterfalls, and a bit too concrete-heavy in places, but even if you have a pool at your hotel, it’s worth a day out...More

We spent a very pleasant day here. The sun shone all day. We tucked ourselves in a nice secluded area and relaxed. The pools are lovely with tidy gardens around them. There is a pool for younger children which tends to be quiet out of...More

Great idea, a good few pools, there is a kids pool but mostly caters for adults which is nice, no screaming kids running around! Staff are present at all entrances so keeps the looky-looky men away and makes you feel safer leaving your things at...More

We went last week when it was cloudy and I think people thought it would rain but it didn't. The place was almost 100% empty which didn't bother us at all. It was as gorgeous as the photos, the changing rooms were very clean and...More

Nice area with different pools, located directly at the sea of Puerto de la Cruz. Maybe to overcrowded on sunny days. Been there with my kids during a cloudy Sunday - perfect. The only mistake: no lockers. You have to pay 5,50 per adult, 2,50...More

Very nice, especially as we were there in term time, so very few kids about. The water is unheated though, which was a bit of a surprise. If you want to dip and sunbathe it's fine. If you want a proper swim there is loads...More

A perfect way to spend the day in Puerto de la Cruz. The Lido has 7 salt water pools spread around the promenade. Numerous bars, cafes and toilets- spotlessly clean and an abundance of sun beds to use. The €5.50 entry charge is value for...More

it felt cold when you first got in, but you get used to it. As any out door pool does. We only used the fresh salt water pool which comes in from the sea. Really nice place x

Well it's in the north, think you can get a bus but you'll be looking a good hour to travel. Maybe hire a car? It's quite easy to get to and parking is ok too in surrounding roads.
