Very good walk around the peninsula. There were also places of interest to visit. There were seals in part of the area caged off along with penguins in another area of estate. Ideal for children.

It is a nice place for relaxing. It is not far from the city centre. You can go there on foot. It is about 45 minutes.

Lots to see and do. Even if you don't take the €3 tour inside the palace (Spanish language only) the beaches, views and wooded areas of the peninsula are lovely. There are cafes, a mini zoo, a massive kids playground and various historical panels dotted...More

Surrounded by gorgeous sea views and with beaches nearby. The free penguin, seal and sea lion enclosures are perfect for young kids. Lovely walks and places to play. A really nice place to spend a few hours.

Beautiful beach and stunning scenery. Walk along the promenade towards the lighthouse . Take the steps up to the coastal path and follow it. Beautiful gardens on your left. Keep going and you will find a smashing little beach .

There’s no entry into the park for vehicles unless authorised - there are bays on the access road and small car park next to Playa de El Camello. Just inside the entrance is a land train which costs 2.45euros per person for the 15 minute...More

This area along this coast is know as Green Spain, and this peninsula is a sort of manicured countryside, right on the top of the rugged, beautiful coast, but just down the road from magnificent Santander, which is the greenest coastal city I've ever seen....More

A little outside the city centre, this peninsula hosts the splendid Magdalena place, as well as a large park with various nautical and other attractions, a bar, and access to beaches.

I am not sure but the paths are wide enough. There is a bike hire outside so my feeling would be yes. I think it would be nice to cycle around it.
