Palace and setting are fantastic. Unfortunately guided tour is only in Spanish so even though I can speak a bit I failed to understand much of what guide said.

This is a must! Beautiful palace with a great history. There is a tour guide with your visit. Priceless views. If you saw the novela “Gran Hotel” where love conquered all, you will be in a fairytale while visiting this palace. Absolutely beautiful!

We would rate it higher if we it was easily accessible, there are severe restrictions on visiting times. Yes, its great at admiring it from the outside but that does tell you the full story of the palace nor the potential treasures that contains.

What a fantastic walk along the coast from Santander. We couldn't go in owing to a conference but lovely pics and don't miss the animal zoo!

Walked from train station to Palacio and it was worth it. Great day, Great sea air, Great sites. Didn't go into Palacio, but walk the whole peninsula, and it was breath taking. Highly recommend wearing sneakers for foot comfort on your journey.

An attractive park which is serviced by a tourist train. A limited zoo which is more suited to children.

We hired bikes and rode through the park to find the Palacio - it was fun comparing it to the fictional Garn Hotel ...and in a magnificent setting.
