If you only do 1 thing in Toledo, make sure it is the Cathedral Out of this world, breathtaking and very professionally organized. If you get the chance the bell tower as an extra is well worth it

Don’t miss the Cathedral when you are in Toledo. It was by far the most interesting and well done tour of our trip to Toledo. Both the video and audio guide were fantastic.

Compared to many other cathedrals we have visited in Europe over many years, this was one of the more expensive at €10 each. The audio guide we were given didn't work, and about a third of the cathedral was unavailable due to something being set...More

Mainly for Church lovers, not a lot out of the ordinary except the history and the site. The water sculpture just near the entrance is unique and quite unusual.

There is plenty to see in this enormous gothic cathedral - particualrly notice the incredible carved misericords with some fantastical and bawdy scenes in the choir!

The 3rd largest Gothic Cathedral in Spain this represents a different but yet magnificent complex. To get the most of your visit you need a good guide to explain the highlights. We were taken to the Sacristy & the 17 magnificent El Greco paintings. The...More

The only cathedral I have seen a person turned away for improper dress was St. Peter's at the Vatican. If the shorts are presentable and not work out attire, you will be ok. It is a respect issue but you won't be called out... More

I think Rick Steves basically did the math on the Toledo Card and you would have to see alot of sites inorder to make it worth it. We did the audio tour of the Cathedral and loved it. You really could spend the entire day... More
