The Monastery is very good to take pictures from the outside but going inside is not really needed. Bring your camera!

Was disappointed with the interior of such a grand church, however we enjoyed the lower and upper cloisters and views of the garden courtyard. 2.80€ entrance flat fee no discount.

This monastery is quite large and has some very ornate sculptures decorating its interior and the pillars in the cloisters. We were not expecting it to be quite as interesting and as ornate as we found it and were very pleased to have made the...More

Based on history and building alone, not view, this is the second best attraction in Toledo behind the Cathedral and a Must See. It is part of the 7 sites for 9 Euro wristband. I would say you can't really understand Spain's past or present...More

If you have to choose one place to visit when in Toledo don't hesitate and visit this monastery. Amazing architecture, colors and environment. I took so many pictures here from every possible angle since the whole place is just amazing!

I'd say this is a second tier attraction in Toledo with the cathedral being at the very top of the list. It's a very beautiful spot. It wasn't very much to visit here, and when you go in there's wifi to access a free audio...More

This is a perfectly fine monastery to visit, however, there is not that much to see, and there are many more interesting monuments in Toledo. I would not put this to high on a list of things to visit.

This imposing 15th-century Franciscan monastery and church was provocatively founded in the heart of the Jewish quarter by the Catholic monarchs Isabel and Fernando. The highlight is the two-level cloister, a fusion of late Gothic downstairs and Mudéjar architecture upstairs.

The monastery can be visited in a short amount of time, and is well worth stopping in. The wifi can be accessed for a free audio tour.

We bought the multiple sight ticket for 6 or 7 Euros. Worth it if you are going to all the sites on the tickrt as it will save you a few Euros.
