This modern museum is very extensive and goes deep into the analysis of humanity, running back millions of years. The amount of detail provided is so great that it’s best visited with a guide or someone very prepared on the topic.

Highlight of the city, it’s just so well-organized and orderly. Very interesting, the guides are friendly and knowledgeable. Plus we got free tickets for some reason, that was lovely. Thanks so much!

One of the best museums out there. If you are in the area, make it a point to come here (even travel a bit to Burgos to get here!)

This is a fantastic world-class museum. I came away wondering how many humanoid civilizations coexisted over thousands of years and either went poof or evolved? It’s one of the best museums I’ve ever visited. It houses exhibits explaining the archaeological finds in Atapuerca nearby. They...More

The building itself has a spectacular disposition and entrance, being part of a bigger complex with the adjacent research institute and congress centre. The exhibition area in the ground floor is nice, although I am removing 1 star as the path in the upper floors...More
