Great and vast museum. Didactic and really well explained. I especially recommend the ground floor with the human fossils. You need at least 2 hours if not all day to see it all. There is a cafe and a gift shop in the top floor....More

We thought this was a very well laid out museum, with interesting, clear displays, and explanatory information in several languages. The only improvement we could think of would be to have a cafe/restaurant, rather than vending machines

A good collection of findings from nearby region. It presents a perspective of evolution of the human species in a nice setting. The building itself is interesting.

The museum is more geared to teaching about evolution than displaying artifacts, but it does so in an engaging manner. There are interactive displays about archaeological digs and science. Free entry to the Burgos Museum comes with your ticket.

Very quiet museum but deserves to be busier, if you have any interest in science, archeology or evolution then this is the place to come, great exhibits, modern displays, plenty of interaction for children ( I would recommend 8+) most explanations in Spanish and English....More

We visited the museum and found it very interesting and informative and a must visit when in Burgos and surprisingly inexpensive €12 for two.

The architecture of this modern building is impressive. I'm so relieved that I went by myself instead of taking my 13 year old daughter, because it's very boring for children inside. I love museums and this is not a museum. The exhibits are displayed like...More
