This was a museum with a difference. We really enjoyed the unusual way you go around with the phone and use it to look at the rooms as they once were (although the condition of the house is so perfect theres little difference). I imagine...More

The house is a must-see in Barcelona. It's better to book online so you don't have to wait much. You get a time slot, but we went there earlier and they let us in. It is a very wierd building inside and out. Gaudi was...More

The Casa Batllo is my favourite place in Barcelona. Despite being in the middle of the bustling city, the house evokes a feeling of being close to nature. The sea/underwater theme is immensely calming and the whole house is just stunning. Included in the ticket...More

It was at the Casa Batllo that I realized fully that looking at photographs of a Gaudi building and actually WALKING thru a Gaudi building are NOT the same. You can't begin to appreciate the shapes, colors, imagination, flow, feeling until you are THERE.

The artistic gift of Gaudi is amazing. Most things are curved and have some reference to the sea.The only thing that I don't like is that skip the line is really not skip the line.I paid for that and found that everyone gets in the same...More

Pre-book and walk around the crowd when you get there; it's worth the visit. I've never seen a house like it.

Only viewed this place from the outside, it is an amazing building designed by a nutty genius! Thought it looked quite magical, bit like something you'd expect to see in a Harry Potter film.

This Gaudi place should visit at least outside of the building. Very crowded place on a crowded the Street near the metro & train station

Gaudi's vision is amazing and very apparent in this home. It is very tight and crowded, be ready to climb stairs. There is a lift that holds four people and doesn't always work. Remarkable.

Unbelievable design vision. Breath-taking. Great interactive tour with audio and visual interpretation through personal screen technology, showing you how it would have been furnished.

Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you
enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally
translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes
recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant
atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district,
Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end
international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the
glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best
