The fountain is beautiful, but in my opinion nothing magical. The area is just super crowded. You may want to see it once if you come to Barcelona, but it may not be fot everyone.

This looks great in the evening when it is illuminated. However, they don't turn on the lights every evening.

We thought we were doing well getting there 60 minutes or so before the show, and while we got a 'seat' if we had gotten there earlier the view would have been even better. Would have never thought that music and water would be so...More

Our second visit to the fountains and still just as good as the first time. Need to arrive early if you want a seat on the steps. If you are down near the fountains itself, make sure you are not down wind as it gets...More

We Loved the magic fountain show, and the area where it is is stunning! We took the metro over from the center of town. Great evening activity😀 Go early for a good spot.

Our host at the hotel told us about the time to see the show; while doing so, she kept insisting not to expect a show comparable to the ones in Dubai or Las Vegas. Well, my experience was far better than the much talked about...More

My husband and I wandered down just after dark hoping the fountain was lit up at night with changing colors and patterns and you just kind of wander by and look at it. We got there shortly before 9:00pm and found hundreds of people sitting...More

Hi. I never did find a website that listed the official times. I took a photo of the sign at the fountain and posted those times here on Tripadvisor. There are other sites in the area worth seeing during the day. I'd suggest... More
