A short but interesting main street through the centre of old Gibraltar. Good for a stroll, some people watching and a look around. Stop off for a beer at one of the many establishments.

We were disappointed. The street with its pubs and small shops was very plain with nothing to set it apart from any UK main street. That may be the feeling they wanted for Gibraltar but it wasn't appealing. I would leave my sightseeing time for...More

This is a long shopping street originating in Casemate Square. If a ship or more than one cruise ship is in port, you will not be alone on this street. All the usual shopping brands are there. With a little looking, you can find a...More

I walked down main street a few times when i visited Gibraltar back in January 2018. Its a lovely street full of character and the buildings are beautiful. It was nice to see a great range of shops from well known British high street names...More

Lots of shops at good prices, some hassle you a little but not much really compared with some other countries.

Me and Becky had a walk down here and it was rammed and reminded me of any Main Street in England however much cheaper.

I loved this high street with marks and Spencer to Debenhams with traditional named British boozers dotted in between. It was quite busy which I think helps make a high street and well worth a wonder. Ps this runs parallel to Irish Town which tbh...More

So much to see and do. So much more here than you imagine for such a small area. Lots of quirky shops in the side streets. So much variety here, and all fantastically priced, not overpriced like you imagine for a busy popular tourtist attraction.

Main Street is the heart of Gibraltar. For me it was exceptionally busy with people from the cruise ships. It was like being in the centre of your home city with the big named shops. After 6pm it becomes a different place . Calm and...More

No sorry, I only smoke cigarettes which I did find were cheaper when leaving Gibraltar. 200 of my cigarettes were £28.50 in gib at airport I got them for £20.50. That is only choice, no idea about others.
