Our hotel recommended we visit the med steps for the views and it didn't disappoint. beautiful scenes from the top as well as a hell of a work out.

The steps bring you up the rock to O'Hara's battery. It is a long, hot climb but you are rewarded with stunning views.

We decided this time to go up the Med steps , which was harder than the previous times coming down. Definitely worth doing though, you get to see areas of Gibraltar that are still natural

The Rock is interesting and you should really hire a guide to make sure you see as much as possible. Most likely, you'll only do these sites once in your lifetime.

Yes you cam take dogs on the Med Steps but it's not recommended as you might bump into some macaques and the monkeys like to attack dogs. So better to go without a dog.
