Bodegas Muga is just a short walk from Haro. Our guide gave us an informative and good tour of the winery. Nice vineyard, tour took us through all stages of the wine-making. Nice tasting at the end of the tour, one white, one rose and four reds. Recommended.

WInes are delicious and quite reasonable. I believe it was 2E for a nice glass of wine. Wish we could have shipped several cases home but the shipping was so expensive. They gave me the distributor to contact in my area. So nice.

We had a really good time in this place. They show you how the wine is made from them moment it arrives to the Bodega to the time it leaves to the store. I loved it how they let us in while the workers are still working and have to stop what they do to let us watch. I liked... More

If you do not speak spanish or english - give this vinery a wide berth! The story: we reserved a tour in the vinery in advance - they had time for a spanish language tour only. They wrote us that there is no possibility for translation. We thougt it is a joke. But it was not! Six spanish speaking and 12... More

We were a group of 5 and decided to visit the Muga winery on January 31st, 2017. We made reservations for the 11:30 tour, but unfortunately arrived a little late due to unforeseen weather conditions. Upon arrival, we were quickly incorporated into the group. The guide (Carmen) was very professional and knowledgeable about this family-operated business and the region's wines.... More

Nice tasting, great wines and very affordable tasting prices. Muga wines are among my favourites and the tasting space was very nice.

Bodega Muga was excellent and a must visit. It's big but they do it very well. The woman conducting the wine tasting was so friendly and very interesting. We loved it. The wine was fabulous. They were also more generous than other wineries with their tasting portions for which we were grateful. Bodega Muga is highly recommended.

This is a big production winery. Lots of tour groups. Good tasting room that offers cava, white and reds to taste. It a fun environment, one of several wineries we stopped at in Haro.

We already loved Muga wines so we thought we would take the English tour of their winery during our recent visit to Rioja. We were pleasantly surprised. Despite being a fairly large operation, the entire experience felt like a small family run winery. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor that made the whole... More
