I love market and I’d still go check out even if someone saids it’s not nice. SAN Miguel is right next to plaza mayor which is hard to miss as a tourist. So I went and like the setting although it’s smaller than most of...More

We visited Mercado San Miguel several times over our long weekend stay as we loved it so much - it is also so different each time (go in the morning at 10am to avoid the crowds and lines, or go after 10pm to mingle with...More

What an amazing place, so many different kiosks for food and drink, pastries and coffee to suit all cuisines, you will pay a little more, however it is an experience which can not be missed.

We unfortunately had already had lunch when we found this place but managed to squeeze in a few things from the stalls. The quality of the tapas was amazing - you must go for lunch! I managed some olives and squid in a cone.

This is a hub of delicious spanish specialities. We happily wandered around checking out all the options. It is a feast for the eyes. We settled on the calamarez and squid and the kebabs. The sangria and chirros were also fabulous.

Went here most days for lunch as it was relatively inexpensive and there were plenty of opportunities to try the different local foods. Highly recommend.

Buzzing, busy, hot and loud. But just fantastic for the food lover. Every stall who’s speciality we tried, the freshness, high quality ingredients and preparation was apparent. So you graze your way around, sampling and quaffing. Not enough places to sit relax and enjoy, sadly....More
