Read the TA reviews, obtained advance ticket on-line, took a taxi to the palace and walked to the entrance. A sign for a separate line is clearly marked in English "people with tickets". So the ticket line for those who had to buy was about...More

Each capital of Europe has one of these, yet it is one of the best ways to get a sense of each country's culture. The Spanish example is grand and gilt. We enjoyed viewing the artwork displayed throughout the palace, and of particular interest was...More

One of the must be point of interest to see in Madrid. We visit it from the outside cause it’s opening time is very limited, but it’s beautiful architecture with all the gardens surrounding it.

Great tour and learn quite a bit about Spanish history. Audio guide is a must gives you an exceptional amount of information. The military history museum attached is included in was a lot of fun for the kids to see.

I didn’t buy the palace tickets online. But wherever in Spain I did buy tickets online, I was able to just show the pdf. Spain is big on reducing paper, so I’m sure pdf at palace will also work.
