The tennis itself was amazing however the venue and the facilities offered could be so much better. Waited in line for over an hour to get in even though had pre-booked tickets. Catered more for corporate visitors than the tennis fan and the food on...More

Came back to Madrid for the Open after enjoying last year. Great venue. Spacious main centre court, with some good price tickets. And good size more personal 2nd and 3rd stadiums. Plus many outdoor courts. Access easy - with 10 minute walk from Metro. Security...More

We’re lucky enough to have been to a few overseas tennis tournaments over the years and it’s inevitable we would compare Madrid to other places we have visited. First the positives: Very reasonable ticket prices and easy to buy on the day and centre court...More

We've just had our 2017 Herbalife Extravaganza in Madrid for the first time and stayed in the Caja Majica for 3 days with about 11.000 participants. I loved the red seating and the illumination plus the "cosy" atmosphere in this hall. The area between the...More

Toilets not maintained so not good at all. The food was poor with not enough variety. Local Metro is 20 minutes walk away which is disappointing. Seating is great giving good views.

If you are a tennis fan, you MUST bring your racquet! At only 14 Euros per hour, you can play on one of the outer courts at the Caja Mágica. The clay is pristine and the conditions are amazing. It is also just a few...More

Easy on the Metro - you go to San Fermín - Orcasur, and then it's a straightforward 10 minute walk.
