Don quixote rides in front of Cervantes. Nice but huge monument on place España which is a nice place in a busy area. Well it is a bit noisy due to all the traffic around but it was worth seeing.

Very special memorial for the fabulous author Cervantes. The sculptures are very impressive, the size and quiet in the area speaks to the regard in which Cervantes is held.

This is one of the most imposing monuments in Madrid after the monument to Alphonso in Parque Ben Retiro. The square where the monument is located is rather dry and dusty at the moment.

The monument to Madrid's famous novelist (Don Quixote) is located in the heart of Plaza de Espana. It's definitely worth a visit when exploring the area around the Royal Palace.
