Came in here to buy the tickets for the visits to other museums, and was surprised how well it was set out and information was also in English, worth the visit.

This definitely isn't the most interesting Roman ruin in the city but it's worth seeing. The video they play before you see the ruins is very informative (it's worth coming here first just to get an overview of the history of the area).

This museum is not far from the Castile de Conception. Very small. It is the remains of the original Punic wall that dates back thousands of years ago. It protect the people inside the five hills from the Muslims, Hadrian etc. a short video gives brief description of the history. As you walk to the back of the museum you... More

Historical site with remains of the main wall and cemetery. Displays portray the war and history. Access to the underground cemetery that used to have a chapel or church above it.

Seeing the Punic Walls was interesting to me, but there is more here than just that. They show a little movie about the history of the area, and describe the catacombs that were discovered next tot he wall.

We stopped off here with the cruise line that we purchased the tour from. It was sunday and everything is closed. The port is walking distance from this place and we were taken by bus. The museum is small and can get crowed as the buses come in at the same time from the cruise line. It was a waste... More

I enjoyed the short video sharing the history behind the area and the walls. It was amazing to see the walls after and get a sense of what you were looking at (don't skip the video). The cript of St Joseph was a fascinating visit also. A short visit, but worth seeing if you enjoy historical sites.

We really enjoyed seeing the Roman walls that have been unearthed recently. Cartagena has a long history and I glad they are able to preserve it. The museum has a video to watch before touring. It is a small museum, so it doesn't take very long to tour it.

Beautiful new, well-lit and very informative museum with large windows and plenty of good light. You can touch the Punic Wall! A well-crafted informative video explains about the history of Cartagena before viewing the actual segment of the Wall. There are artifactgs of that historical time, as well as an underground ancient Roman burial chamber with bones, which you can... More

We had this included in our package of museums ticket. If you want to see all the attractions this is a great idea, we paid 15E for 5. The museum is out of the way, but not too far from the main drag, We really were interested in seeing the Carthaginians history, as we are big Roman history buffs. You... More
