Palace was closed at our time of visiting however there is a beautiful small circular place of worship attached to it. Also located to the side of Murcia's Cathedral in a lovely plaza with lovely cafés.

The episcopal palace is next to the cathedral. Renaissance facade, painted red and blue colors todavían shows his great splendor. In his intyerior is a collection of sacred painting worth.

Not really a summer attraction and more of a December attraction. Building is nice to look at and maybe take the odd photo. This building does have some interesting architecture to veiw and is 18th century. Close to the Cathedral area. Also close to tourist...More

This is the venue for Murcia's Belen,( A Spanish Nativity scene) which takes up the whole courtyard. This word means Bethlehem, since a Spanish Christmas nativity scene includes the entire town of Bethlehem and not just the Stable/crib. It is well worth seeing if you...More

Yes you must see the buildings around Murcia, the planted gardens all around these buildings are wonderful with all the poinsettias taking over the bedded areas. The architecture is stunning. There really is real history in this city.

Situated in the same Plaza as the Catedral de Murcia, this very pretty and ornate looking building is definitely one to take a few pictures, you can go inside to a small square within the building which was really beautiful too.
