This museum is hosted in one of the many beautiful buildings in Valencia. There is an interior courtyard which you may enjoy before visiting. There are thousands of tin figures, most of them soldiers. You will also see different famous people, there are battlegrounds , ceremonies, animals and superheroes/movie characters. It's shocking to think how much work was put in... More

We're not generally museum people but do like to make an exception for more unusual places - the world's biggest collection of toy soldiers and figurines definitely fit the bill! Entry is only 5 euros and there is plenty to look at. We spent an hour or so looking around. Pleasingly, it wasn't just soldiers - there were all sorts... More

When I saw this was in Valencia I knew I'd have to plan in a visit for my boyfriend. Boy, was I surprised to really enjoy it too! The detail in some of the displays is really incredible and it isn't all boys stuff....there are tiny models in famous designer dresses and scenes from Dickens, as well as many military... More

This is a nice museum where you can spend 1 - 2 hours. Entrance is 5€. They could have more information in english and more spsific information about the battles. They have used so much time to make and place figures, but still you need to use time trying to find out which side is which. The museum is amazing,... More

Fantastic museum for anyone interested in history or models. Pretty much the whole of man's journey from Stone Age to modern times is covered, with key attention paid to pivotal battles (such as Waterloo). The building is fantastic, and as with all attractions in Valencia, the whole family were made to feel very welcome.

We were recommended to visit this museum, but we went without to high expectations: what can be that exciting about some toy soldiers? we thought? The way how they were organised the battlefields and the whole decor made it quite exciting, the only downside can be the fact that most of the things written are just in Spanish.

The museum is filled with sets of tin soldiers in historic settings: battlefields mostly, some from Spain, but lots from other countries too. One room is only filled with clerical statues. One of the most fun rooms was those with popculture references, like Marvel, Asterix,...

Well worth the visit if you have an interest in military history , miniature diorama's or old school lead toy soldiers. 20 odd rooms filled with display cases. Be aware however there is no parking anywhere near it , so walk don't drive. On Par with Warhammer World Nottingham UK for Toy soldier and WarGame fans.
