The cathedral is very nice and grand. The detail of the cravings is amazing. Could tour inside as it closed at 5:30pm. The square and area around the cathedral is full of shops, bars and cafe so good place to explore

Building is beautiful from the outside. We did not go in as it was a bit more than we wanted to pay. We have seen more than enough European Cathedrals. Back side is not impressive, but surrounding area is nice

We have been fortunate to visit a lot of great Cathedrals and the one in Valencia is outstanding. The audioguide is always worth it. There is a separate door for worshippers and tourists. The museum was closed because of the Fallas Festival.A lot of wonderful chapels and the artwork and stonework are second to none.

Beautiful cathedral in the center or Valencia in Plaza de la Reina. The entrance fee was very reasonable and included an audio-guide and entrance to the museum. The Cathedral was one of the nicest I have ever seen and contains the Holy Grail.

We went to the special Mass for Las Fallas. Very difficult to get a seat so get there early. Some Valenciens were in traditional dress. Beautiful cathedral right next to the square where the flowers are during Las Fallas.

We had a rainy day during our stay and had heard the Cathedral was worth a visit. The €7 entry which included an audio guide was good value. Lots to see and hear about, including the relic of St Vincent's arm and the holy grail. Small museum attached was included in the price. Great way to spend an hour on... More

Valencia's cathedral, built on the site of a desecrated Arab mosque between the13th to 15th century, is the heart of the city. The three different entrances display a melange of architectural styles, including Gothic, Baroque, and Romanesque. Upon entering through the intricately decorated Door of the Irons, I was immediately struck by the high, white alabaster marble windows that cast... More

Well worth a visit, the building is beautiful. You can sit outside afterwards and watch the world go by. There's are quite a few beggars there though so be prepared to be hassled for money.

For 7 euros you get a lot of knowledge about this church and what you see. They provide you with a recorder. They claim that they have the holy grail and it is on display in one of the rooms.

Stopped by on a Sunday to check it out. Very lightly attended service with more tourist milling around than parishioners. Typical old European church with lots of vestibules around the perimeter. The view from the tower cost 2 euros and is a steep spiral staircase of about 202 steps. View was nice even though weather was cloudy.
