Nothing special

There are really old towns around Italy, this place is small and it doesn't represent the old Italy.

We couldn't miss visiting the old part of an Italian city, so we went to Pescara Vecchia as well. Not as well kept and restored as many other similar areas in other cities, this one was rather a disappointment. If we hadn't had previous experiences...More

One of the most interesting place of Pescara is, without any doubt, that part called "vecchia" which correspond to a few lively and meaningful streets: via delle Caserme, corso Manthoné, via dei Bastioni. You will not only find some of the finest restaurants and bars...More

Having my sister's family living there, we often visit Pescara, and the old Town is one of our favorite spots. There are a lot of nice places serving regional food and it is also a nice place to have a walk among historical buildings...

The old village is so vibrant and colourful. The buildings are beautiful and I'm the summer it all shines brightly. It's a lovely place and really contrasts the more modern Pescara.
