The Duomo in its norman-arabic style is a beauty. The baroque crypt is interesting. But the remains of middle ages frescoes, the bronze door from the Middle East, the sarcophagus from crusaders make it a very interesting visit.

A beautiful building like all others in the area worth a visit. The crypt is a wonder to see with its marble work and paintings

A special place to visit with its stunning designs combining the arts of mosaic popularized by Muslim and Catholic alike.

Absolutely stunning (as is the surrounding old town area - shabby but gorgeous!) The crypt is phenomenal. Well worth the Euro! :-)

Big and beautiful church with a lot of art. Especially if you go down to the crypt. Worth a visit and in the center

When in Salerno, never miss to visit this Duomo. Major tourist attraction in Salerno with a very nice architecture and full of history. It is in a elevated area so be ready to walk uphill.

We participated of the 10am mass and after we toured this Cathedral built in 1085. The church is beautiful and very well maintained. We visited the crypts where St. Gregory and the St Matthew are buried. It was an emotional experience to visit this church!

There is no entrance fee, and by the way don't forget to visit the crypt.
