I used the web site to order online. The only thing they have done was to charge me for the order December11,2019. To this day and despite emails I have neither received the merchandise nor have I been refunded the money paid. Beware! Not to be trusted.

I did not visit the store when i was in Capri in September (what was i thinking!!) but made a purchase once i returned home. There was a glitch in the order and it took over a month to receive my shoes but finally i did and what can i say - perfection (my sisters pair too small but for all the hassle that we went through they are sending a new pair without deliveyr charge.. During the month long wait, one of the gentleman there, Costanzo, went above and beyond to try to find out why my package was delayed. I'm not used to customers service like this especially from somene 3,000 miles away!! Thank you to Costanzo for the A+ service. I"m sure people spend alot more money in that store and in persona, than I did online but i was treated so professionally by their staff from afar…

This place was everything I had hoped it would be! A great selection of sandals for every style and taste, and a custom experience that can't be beat! I ended up buying 3 pairs. Outdated models, lack of style. Handmade but most are ready made to be sold. Just try your size, pay and get them. You will not see artisan working in the shop as you will in other shops. It is about the experience to witness how your sandals will be made and attach the memory to your purchase. Most shops will old glory do not try hard anymore and relay on JK advert only, i prefer the newest ones.…
