From a group of wine lovers we had a great time! This organized wine tasting made us better judges of what we are drinking and how it relates to the food we are eating. Henda was a most gracious host and made us all feel that our opinions were good ones.

Vin Roma gets an unconditional endorsement from us for this top notch wine tasting and teaching experience. The folks at Vin Roma are not only well schooled and experienced in the area of Italian wine, but their knowledge is deep and wide. Hande and her team know how to make even the least experienced wine drinker have a better understanding... More

I recently enjoyed an amazing food tour of the local markets in Rome, Italy, and it was the highlight of my six-day trip. Hande, our guide, took us to the best local spots for capuccino, fresh vegetables, cured pork, spices, and pizza! Hande was incredibly personable and provided an insider's look to this part of Italy. I highly recommend this... More

Vino Roma's wine tasting with Hande offers an excellent introduction to Italian wines. Hande's truly knowledgeable and does a great job at sharing her love for wine with her guests. She's also a true food enthusiast - as evidenced by the other events she organizes - and seems to know Rome well: restaurants, Delikatessen or enotecas, she has lots of... More

We were first time visitors to Rome, but we wanted to book a few things that were a little out of the ordinary and Vinoroma's wine and cheese lunch was one of them. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hande was a great host and made us feel very welcome. She is also very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from her... More

Was a great way to end my study abroad trip in Rome. You Learn a lot about the different wines and how to get the most of the wine when pairing it with the right cheese and other foods. Definitely worth it and I highly recommend it.

On a weekend trip to Rome, Vinoroma's Food Tour was definitely a highlight ! No way I would have found all these amazing little food shops Hande took us to. There is no better way to visit any city than with a local, and you would think Hande has been living in Rome forever ! She is a very personable... More

Our trip to Rome in March made me a Trip Advisor convert, thanks in large part to Vino Roma and Hande Leimer. I was initially suspicious that wine tasting with a sommelier could rank higher than St. Peter's and the Galleria Borghese, but our two hour session was a pure delight. By inviting us into her home, Hande provided us... More

I can't recommend this experience enough for anyone with the money and desire to learn more about Italian wines. The setting was comfortable, very close to St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo; the host was charming, knowledgeable and witty; the wines were, of course, superb, and the guidance helped me to appreciate each of their qualities much more than I...
