The Owner of the Company met with all of the members of the tour group and did an outstanding job of explaining what we will do and see and placed us with a guide that best suited our native language. The tour was conducted very efficiently as we covered a lot of ground and a huge amount of history. Our... More

I chose this tour as it was more family friendly due to only being a few hours long. And it was fabulous!! (wish I had chosen Walks of Italy for my Colosseum tour). We had a great guide, and although it was fast, we saw a lot. The difference between going to the Vatican by yourself and with a knowledgeable... More

After exhaustive research and many other options, we selected Walks of Italy based on it's near perfect reviews and we were not disappointed! Our first tour was the Colosseum VIP tour with Francesca. Meeting up is easy as there is a Walks of Italy coordinator there in addition to the guides. Francesca did a wonderful job of describing and explaining... More

This is a great way to get the feel of the top sights in Rome. The coliseum was the highlight of the tour.

This was our first visit to the Vatican and I had been told by several friends that a tour is the only way to go. This one was perfect for us and our college aged children. The group of 10 was manageable and Toni did any amazing job. The tour was prompt, well organized, efficient and polite. Paper map of... More

My husband visited Rome to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We booked the VIP Colosseum tour. We absolutely loved this tour. Anna did an amazing job. She was so passionate and she knew her stuff. There's lots of walking so bring comfortable shoes and water. Luckily, we had great weather and a small group.

I was in Rome with a big group in November and organized two tours of the Vatican (48 people) and the Roman Ruins (45 people). The professionalism of the company made planning and organizing the tours easy; the tours themselves were led by guides who were experts in the subject matter, informative, and made the tours fun. I highly recommennd.

This was the best thing we did in all of Rome! And our guide, Maria Teresa was AMAZING! She was so informative but presented the material in such a way that it was fun and interesting! I cannot say enough about her - she made our trip to the Colosseum incredibly memorable! Thank you and we will be recommending your... More

Two very good tours with friendly, knowledgeable and interesting guides. Thoroughly recommend new Express Vatican Tour if you have limited time and want to beat the queues. My 13 year old loved it too. Also did the VIP Caesar's palace tour which was excellent and absolutely fascinating. Superb customer service as two of the sites we visited were closed due... More
