First of all, in such areas when a bar is the meeting point of locals this tells you something Nice little place with a good selection of good wine and local beers. Perfect place for a pre diner drink or a wine and snack break. The snack, cheese and ham selection is of good quality If you behave as the... More

We have ordered a glass of wine before our dinner, but we have seen how they prepared coctail spritz aperol. They used aperol and prosecco without sparkling water at all. And the price was only 6 euro. I think the great place with fair prices.

My Italian friend tells me that large measures of alcohol are not uncommon in Rome. But boy, do they give big measures in Il Piccolo. Lovely atmosphere on a table onto Via del Governo Vecchio. Well-priced, friendly staff. 10/10

Just off national, great service, good choice of wines, excellent prices. Several beers from Italy and USA. Great place to sit and people watch with locals and tourists mixing well.

Looking for lunch, we decided to go with this place. It turned out to be exactly what we needed. Fair priced basic Italian food. Not too big a plate, but good tastes. The menu with a glass of wine and bruschetta included is recommended.

After the dissapointment in the previous bar we went to decide to stop here. Actually we wanted to sit here the first time but it was full. My girlfriend had a glass of wine and i had a single malt whiskey. Nice atmosphere sitting on the road, talking and watching the people passing by. The only negative was the dirty... More

Informal and straight forward with a lovely wine list, the locals sit next to you while you indulge in the tasty aperitivo. Don't go if you're in a hurry though...getting served and getting the check are an exercise in patience. But if you're looking for a place to hang out, choose a fantastic wine, indulge in yummy nibbles, rub elbows... More

This place is relaxed and cool. Drinks are pretty reasonably priced given its location. Be prepared to squeeze into tightly packed tables on the street and mingle with chain-smoking locals. Stopped for a drink here around 10pm with an 8 year old in tow and nobody batted an eyelid.

I can't comment on the food since we went there for drinks only but it was just great! We went twice and just enjoyed sitting outside watching the world go by. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. We were given tasty snacks with our drinks which was a bonus. The location is superb, just minutes from the Piazza... More
