Terravison are thieves! My wife and I booked and paid our bus tickets online. When we physically got to the bus, they refused us onboard because we did not print out our receipts. Nowhere it says that only paper receipts are allowed. We showed them...More

If you want to get to the airport, fork out the €30 and get a taxi This shuttle service is a joke. There online tickets have to be printed (however it doesn't mention this in the booking process). Being on holiday we didn't have access...More

Easy service to use from directly outside the airport at bus stop 7. All for €9 return per person. The bus runs you into the Termini in central Rome where you can pick trams, Metro (underground train), buses, trains and taxis. We bought a 72...More

Booked a transfer from termini station to Ciampino airport. The 5 euro per person price and the option to select a time made this appealing. As they say, you get what you pay for. The bus actually arrived 25 minutes late, with no information or...More

Did not prebook as did not want to commit in case of change of plans. Took it from Rome to chiampino early in the morning! Seems to have more regular service at that time than other providers. Was 6 euros to buy on the bus!

If all roads lead to Rome, then they all end here.
Piazza Venezia and the Ancient City are the very
epicenter of the Eternal City. Within a 360-degree
turn, Roman history unrolls in front of you, from its
ancient beginnings to its 21st century
transformations. Whether it’s those historical
playgrounds known as the Roman and Imperial Forums, or
the side-street shops, trattorie, and churches, this

Yes I had the same issue. Who carries a printer with them when on holiday??? After queuing at the Termini desk with confirmation of our ticket purchases on IPAD, we were told we must get them, printed. When I asked the girl behind the counter how I could get it printed from my Ipad, she simply looked over my shoulder and called for the next customer. I eventually found a hotel where the staff suggested I simply e-mail the ticket purchase confirmation to them which they printed for me. But it transpired that Terravision were not prepared to accept the e-mail confirmation (despite all required info being quoted). Apparently we were required to log into their site to print the confirmations. I doubt whether the hotel would have allowed me to do this on their computers. Eventually had to purchase more tickets to board the bus. This is obviously a scam to force customers to pay twice To this day, I can't think what else I could possibly have done. This is obviously a scam to force customers to pay twice.

I don't think it is a scam, it is probably lack of knowledge that the technology is such now that everyone is relying on IPADs and phones. I don't when traveling to other countries. Just be prepared for the old fashion... More
