Everything is satisfactory. Except if you have to use a wheel chair, City Sightseeing tour does not accommodate wheel chair. You must book a private tour of Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel which accommodate wheel chair access which will cost 3 or 4 times your standard skip the lines tour.

5000 people visit every day, make sure you take the last afternoon visit at 2.30 to miss the crowds. The cistine Chapel is quite fantastic. Find a good guide to your with otherwise to hard to go it alone

The Vatican is absolutely beautiful and something you absolutely must do when visiting Rome. I would strongly suggest booking onto an 8am tour as you get in earlier than the public queue where you would wait for hours on end. However, do not expect to enter at 8am and it be quiet because this is far from the case as... More

We bought our tickets online for 9 am , we got in very fast and it was not that crowded at 9 am , we went straight up for Sistine chapel which is at the very end of museum. There are signs directing toward Sistine chapel and some short cuts.

Too many people. Felt herded through the sistine chapel. Felt like a penned cattle. . Not an enjoyable experience especially in the heat. Felt it may have been chaotic in an emergency. Felt claustrophobic

Our son was enthralled by the vatican museums. It was one of the highlights of our holiday. He hates crowds but was so fascinated by everything around him he completely forgot. We especially enjoyed the sistine chapel and the galley walks with breathetaking paintings above to get there.

the crowds were daunting but the art and decor were over the top, leave it to the church to have one of the most extraordinary art collections!

We made our online reservation in advance for 8:30am -- you know, in an attempt to beat the crowds (I must have been kidding myself). It was crowded at 9am, but by the time it hit 10:00am the crowds were unbearable. You could no longer stop or walk at your own pace, instead you were physically pushed with the crowd... More

and the skip the line option. The museums are very overcrowded, and the tour option allows you quicker access into the museum, instead of spending half your day in the museum queue. Once inside you will gaze in wonder at all the works of art, including fresco's, tapestries, sculptures, mosaics, tile and more. Well worth the price of admission and... More

This museum is an amazing and super interesting place. I bought a tour with City Wonders and it was worth every penny! The guide was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and experienced!! The museum is always crowded and it has so many pieces of art that I can't see how anybody can visit it on their own and get the most... More
