The scale and proportions of this place are phenomenal. If you enjoy architecture or construction even a little but this will blow your mind.

An awe inspiring place to spend a little time, but go early or late or you'll queue for hours. We went at 6:00 pm and barely had to wait at all. Not a huge amount of things to see, but plenty for an hour or...More

The most beautiful church, in the world! Breathtaking upon entering:) I recommend romapass here, to skip the line. We bought a "skip-the-line" ticket, but be careful, some actors can be shady though.

Visiting St. Peter's was a highlight of our trip and I hope to return to this inspiring and breathtaking place where biblical stories come to life like a pop-up story book of the highest caliber.

The entrance to the Basílica is free. The wait to get in could be up to 3 hours. But they have a service "Skip the line" which is 15 Euro. I used that and most definitely would recommend it.
