This gem of a city caught us by surprise. We came with the ferry from Split to Ancona. 30 minutes drive south. The people are amazingly friendly and charming. The city has a tranquile atmosphere. The beach has crystal clear water and is well worth...More
This beach in Sirolo is below beautiful trees and offers great views while swimming. A lifeguard was on duty, chairs were there for rent and there was a restaurant nearby. It is a good place to go rather than the super expensive and crowded beaches...More

First visited in 2014 as part of a three week multi stop trip, and promised ourselves we would return.
Revisited in June 2016 and loved Sirolo just as much.
Plenty of places to eat. Lovely views. Compact little walled town. Friendly atmosphere at night.
Amazing sea, relaxed atmosphere and great food. Easy to reach from Ancona Airport. Sirolo is a small town along the "Riviera del Conero" It feels still untouched by the mass market tourism and is excellent for a romantic break or for families.
