If I was going to only three places in Ravenna, this would be one of them. Very impressive mosaics. It is in the same area of the St Vitale church. Another one in the top three.

Can't say enough about the beautiful mosaics. If you go to Ravenna, you will see t-shirts, magnets with mosaic stars, this is where you see the real thing.

They only let in a few people at a time, which can be frustrating when you end up in there with a tour group. It's very beautiful inside and well worth the visit, but try to avoid going in with a large group.
