Set halfway between the palacio Rossi and the port it is another classic palace set out in the genovese 18th century style with a number of art works by some of the worlds greatest painters. A must for any art lover

We had an escorted tour yesterday and very much enjoyed the luxurious state rooms on the first and second floors. The upper two stories were damaged in the second world war and have not been restored, but converted into modern galleries, albeit not displaying modern art! Some wonderful old maps and the picture of Giovanni Carlo Doria by Rubens is worth the visit all by itself

In Genova there are many palazzi, all beautiful and this is one of them. Beautiful rooms and paintings! Highly suggested if you like art
