Beautiful gardens with assorted trees in full color and majestic views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. It is definitely worth the small admittance fee as it added so much ambience and nostalgia to our stay in Bellagio.

A delightful respite and so fitting for Bellagio. Beautiful gardens, tranquil views, benches to stop and rest. Well maintained. We opted for a walk through her on our way to a restaurant beyond the far end and throroughly enjoyed the experience. Entrance fee is very reasonable and very worthwhile.

Right on Lake Como, just next to downtown Bellagio, along the lake, is this beautiful garden. You need to go along the marina in Bellagio, and then walk to the gardens, along Como, and you will see nothing but beautiful plants, sculpture, swans and trees, and more. Start around 11am, and take an hour or two for this walk, stay... More

We visited here while in Bellagio. The gardens are kept in immaculate condition and the entrance fee of €6.50 is well justified. It offers beautiful views of the lake and the autumnal colours were mesmerising.

We visited the gardens on an overcast, misty day in October and they were still beautiful. The colors in the Japanese maples around the water garden were astounding.

This is one of my favourite places to visit with friends and family from Casa La Perla. You can get easily to Bellagio by bus or boat from Nesso and then walk just few hundred metres along the beautiful public garden. Villa Melzi is good place to visit any time of the year and to enjoy tranquility and beauty of... More

If you find yourself in Bellagio, Italy you should take an hour or two and walk through these wonderfully kept gardens with trees and bushes from around the world. It's a very peaceful place to just walk and contemplate the wonder of it all.

Finished in the 1800s allowed for more agriculture to be brought here. Trees from all over the world including China, Japan, Mexico and even the Sequoias of California make for a unique experience and not just looking at numerous flowers. Massive trees of all kinds to behold
